Reviews of Reading Beyond the Book

September 3, 2013 by Bronwen Thomas

Network members, Danielle Fuller and DeNel Rehberg Sedo, are excited about reading the first published review of their full-length monograph, Reading Beyond the Book: The Social Practices of Contemporary Literary Culture, which was published this spring in Routledge’s Research Series in Media and Cultural Studies.

A university librarian, investigator of online reading practices, and an avid crime novel reader, Barbara Fister’s review offers a thoughtful and thorough response to Reading Beyond the Book.  Since posting her review, Barbara has also joined the network as a consultant.

Other perspectives on Danielle and DeNel’s book from a literary studies scholar and a social scientist were generously offered during a live-streamed transatlantic launch which is now available to watch or listen to at the Beyond the Book website.
