Accommodation and Travel Information for the Symposium

April 9, 2014 by Bronwen Thomas

Accommodation

When making a booking, it is always worth asking for a discount by mentioning that you are attending a conference hosted by the University.

As a general rule, anything on East/West Cliff should be within walking distance of the EBC, but delegates are advised to check location of hotel online as distances may vary. Links to hotels previously used by the university for events at the EBC can be found by following the links here: http://comics.bujournalism.info/accomodation/

A comprehensive guide to accommodation available in Bournemouth and fuller list of hotels is available at:

http://www.bournemouth.co.uk/accommodation

Location and travel

The conference will take place at BU’s Executive Business Centre, which is at 89 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8EB.  It is within two minutes’ walk of the bus and train stations.  Please use the above link to see a map.
